class=\"translation-block\">PFAS-resolve is an innovative Interreg Meuse\u2013Rhine project running from <span style=\"color: #52cb80\">1 June 2024 to 31 May 2027<\/span>. It brings together partners from <span style=\"color: #52cb80\">Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany to develop rapid, portable detection systems for PFAS<\/span> \u2013 persistent \u201cforever chemicals\u201d such as <span style=\"color: #52cb80\">PFOS, PFOA, and PFNA<\/span>, which contaminate soil and water and pose a significant risk to the environment and human health.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">PFAS are extremely persistent and difficult to degrade. Conventional laboratory analyses provide highly accurate results, but are often <span style=\"color: #52cb80\">time-consuming and costly<\/span>. This is exactly where PFAS-resolve comes in, reducing detection times <span style=\"color: #52cb80\">from several weeks to just a few minutes<\/span>.
